Q: How do you ship products?
A: At Fibermagic, we offer either a worldwide shipping service (local provider, import taxes not included) to international customers, or a pre-selected personal delivery including a mounting service for free to any national customers.
Q: What is a starlight panel and how do I pick the right one for me?
A: Built from a sustainable, wooden structure, our panels are fitted with 100% Alcantara fabric and made fire- and waterproof by using certified materials. The light comes from PE/PP plastic strains fitted into a LED driver. We recommend measuring the available surface to fit and contact us for a perfect solution to every need.
Q: What kind of light is this?
A: Fibermagic uses LED technology which means they last longer, provide more direct light, and use less power than any conventional lighting products on the market.
Q: What functions does the starlight have?
A: Our driver features a wide variety of modes to accomodate every mood and need. There's the music option where the light reacts to the sound of the music, the bass in specific.
It also has a twinkle mode to make the starlight appear as it it were real.
